Teachers' Day celebration

Program Name: Gurudaxina 2023
The Department of Computer Applications joyously commemorated its Teachers' Day program, Gurudaxina 2023, an event dedicated to honouring our esteemed educators. The function was graced by the presence of our esteemed Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Anirban Chakrabarty, Registrar Prof. (Dr.) Sajal Kumar Giri, and the Head of the Department, Prof. Ashoktaru Pal, who collectively inaugurated this significant occasion. They were joined by other dedicated staff members in celebrating this grand event.

3-Day Workshop Cyber Security Applications 2023

Cyber Security is s broad aspect in which various computer security mechanisms are included. Ethical Hacking is subpart of cyber security and an authorized practice of detecting vulnerabilities in an application, system or organization’s infrastructure and bypassing system security to identify potential data breaches and threats in a network. This three days’ workshop is hosted with the prime intention of both theoretical and hands on session to familiarize and explore the topics discussed.

Seminars

2-Days National seminar on scopes other Data Engineering and Neuromorphic Computing in recent times. The aim of the event is to encourage and motivate students to participate in various technical activities which provides a platform for the students to share, enrich and involve in the new technologies. One day international webinar on 'Recent trends in Software management & Machine intellectuality' organised by CA with collaboration of CSE and IT department on February,2022. The webinar presents the opportunity to learn about software vulnerability and the roles of Data engineering in daily life.

Basanto Utsav - RITURANGO

The festival of colour is another event worth watching out for, that organised by the Cultural Committee of Computer Application department. The festival starts with the amazing performances of students, teachers and nonteaching staff. The colour of the nature along with the colour of abir and gulal makes the college more beautiful on this very day.

Social Welfare event

CA Department of FIEM was successfully organised a Social Event for the children at an orphanage on 11th March, 2023.The event was really a great initiative and a memorable opportunity to enjoy with the children at the orphanage.
